Do you take insurance?
We are out of network with most major providers.
This is strategically done so your care is not delayed by pre-authorizations or your medications dictated by agencies unaware of your conditions. Our goal is to provide you excellent care, giving you relief on a quick timeline, with the cost communicated clearly upfront.
To accomplish this, financing at our practice looks like the following:
1. You will receive pricing for all appointments and treatments upfront, and you decide which ones to proceed with.
2. All payments are made at the end of your appointment, or financed via CareCredit.
3. We submit claims to your insurance on your behalf (Similar to a “Superbill”)
4. Your insurance will refund what they cover or the cost will be added to your out of pocket expenses.
How can I submit claims to my insurance company?
Our office does curtesy submissions which means it’s one less stressful thing for you to handle.
If you prefer to submit a claim on your own, we are happy to provide all the correct codes for you on a Superbill.
How much do your services cost?
A new patient appointment costs $450.
At your first appointment, you will receive a personalized treatment plan that includes the costs of everything listed.
You are in control to pick what to proceed with and will never have surprise fees.
